How long do I have to return a product?

Who covers the return costs?
Returns are completely free of charge. If you need to send your product back, our company covers all shipping and handling fees—no extra cost for you.
When will I receive my refund?
• Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your return.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the item. We will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
